1. Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

Italy: 2–5 business days from shipment

Times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) or in case of exceptional events.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: €5.90
Free shipping for orders over €50.00

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the delivery in real-time directly on the courier's website.

4. Partner Couriers

We collaborate with reliable national couriers to ensure punctual and secure deliveries. The courier is selected based on the destination and availability at the time of shipment.

5. Failed Delivery

In case of failed delivery (recipient absent), the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery or deposit the package at a pick-up point. If the package is not collected within the indicated terms, it will be returned to the sender.
